Jennifer Love Hewitt's Swarovski Crystal Vajazzle
Jennifer Love Hewitt was a guest on George Lopez' late night show, "Lopez Tonight."
Jennifer Love Hewitt has been vajazzled.
It's like bedazzling your "va jay jay" as Jennifer described it with stick-on Swarovski crystals.
"After a breakup, a friend of mine Swarovski crystalled my, um, precious lady," Hewitt told Lopez. "It shined like a disco ball."
Hewitt proceded to tell Lopez she was currently adorned with the crystals "It's hot pink for you for tonight".
The procedure was made popular by New York City's Completely Bare Spa, as a post-waxing add-on service. An esthetician decorates your newly bare nether region with stick-on Swarovski crystals in the design of your choice. A starburst? A heart? A butterfly, perhaps?
Completely Bare owner Cindy Barshop (who we immediately suspected might be the "friend" in question told us, "We don't release personal information about clients," but that she did watch the Lopez show on that night.
Barshop says mens reactions to the vajazzle: "They LOVE it!, They love it even more especially when it's a suprise."
More and more day spas and salons are offering the vajazzle. It's a process of a standard Brazilian Bikini Wax or more appropriately called "Hollywood wax" where all the hair is removed. The technician then carefully places swarovski crystals carefully over the waxed area to produce a very appealing effect. The crystals usually stay in place for several days. There are some home do-it-yourself kits available that come in various pre-arranged shapes such as butterflies, hearts, stars, rainbows, etc. You can simply get a brazilian wax done and vajazzle yourself by removing the backing of these pre-arranged crystals and placing them where you like!
